- How often will you clean my room?
Your room will be cleaned as usual unless otherwise requested. Our cleaners will apply a seal to the door of your room so you know nobody has entered the room since it was cleaned. All guest accommodation is thoroughly disinfected before the guest checks in.
- Can I request that no hotel staff enter my room?
Yes. Just inform reception that you do not want any visits from staff (e.g. our cleaning team) during your stay.
- How do I know your staff are healthy?
Our staff are trained to follow all safety protocols as directed by local authorities. Any staff showing any symptoms of ill health will not be allowed on site.
- How will you ensure the health of guests staying at your hotel?
As well as observing strict social distancing protocols and making sure guest accommodation is disinfected, we have made hand sanitiser dispensers available at all key guest and employee areas.
We have also removed stationary such as printed menus, magazines, pens and paper.
We have processes in place to check the health of guests as per guidelines from local authorities.
- Will your hotels with restaurants and bars be serving food and drink?
Our restaurants and bars are currently closed until further notice. Guests can order food and drink to their room if they wish.
