Thinking of extending your stay?

Here are our visitors favourite days out near our Sedgemoor M5 hotel

Less than 10 miles away from the hotel is Weston-super Mare, which is not to be missed if you're after something bigger. And we mean big! It boasts one of the longest and naturally occurring beaches in the UK. Between the glorious golden sands, a pier, a promenade, all year round water sports, seafront festivals, concerts and events, not to mention Weston's famous donkeys, it really does have it all.

Next down the coast and right on our doorstep is the smaller, but no less impressive seaside resort of Burnham-on-Sea. With beautiful coastal views, picturesque lighthouses and piers, and arcades aplenty for rainy days, there really is something for everyone in this quaint town.

A little further down the coast is Bridgewater, a large historic market town seeped in culture and history. If that's not your thing, don't write it off too soon - it's street carnival in November cannot be missed! It lights up the streets of the town and is considered Europe’s largest illuminated carnival.
